Kenyan model Malaika Firth pulls of as rebel biker chic in Vogue Paris April 2014

BY ELi CHEP

By now Kenyan-born rising top international model Malaika Firth is no stranger. We have seen her so many times in previous months while doing fashion ads campaigns for serious and renowned global fashion brands; but each new editorial and campaign that she is the face for still wows us.

It can’t be assumed then to definition that Kenyan Model Malaika Firth channels the good girl gone bad while pulling off the chic rebel look effortlessly in the April 2014 editorial for Vogue Paris.

With the 20-year-old British beauty being featured in the editorial issue wearing brands such as Celine, Emporio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo and more for the glam fashion shoot; Malaika was shot by none other than aced fashion photographer Mario Testino, for the fashion spread.

Hollywood bad girl Mylie Cyrus has been repeatedly photographed by Mario Testino so we are not all that shocked to see our innocent faced Malaika depicted as a bad-ass bad-girl in this editorial.

Posing with characterized Barbie doll looks, on a motor bike, with ripped denim, biker leather jackets in place complete with studs, tussled up hair and cigarette in hand in the streets of Miami, Malaika shows that sometimes the bad girls rock harder.

Malaika Firth is currently the English model face of Prada, Valentino and Burberry Prorsum Spring 2014.
