#ShoesdayTuesday: Time to go NUDE!

A girl can’t go wrong with a pair of nude heels & Christian Louboutin is proving that nude isn’t just a shade of beige. Just last weekend, the French designer expanded his ‘Nude Collection’ by cranking out more nudes in seven different skin tones and we luuuurve the campaign almost as much as the shoes…

Shot by Sofia & Mauro, the campaign aims to celebrate the beauty of different skin tones; with the designer’s special women’s capsule collection offering footwear styles in neutral shades.

Louboutin takes the collection one step further adding two high-heel sandals to the mix, the ‘Christeriva‘ (a ballet-inspired stiletto with grosgrain ribbon wraps) and the ‘Cherrysandal‘ (a platform style with a block heel)  to their growing nude shoe identity. The new nudes range from $875 to $895 and are available in seven shades; making the perfect addition to any wardrobe.

Louboutin’s Nudes collection was launched in 2013 with a line of pumps in five nude shades. Over time, the brand has expanded from its initial five shades to seven. Last year, it added pointy ballet flats ‘Solasofia‘ to its selection.

Since then celebrities have flocked to the Nudes collection both on and off the red carpet. Khloé Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Gigi Hadid have all been spotted wearing Louboutin’s nude styles, which go with virtually any ensemble.

We think they’re totally worth the splurge.
